Any worker or pupil that has familiarity with discrimination or harassment based on battle, color, faith, creed, cultural or nationwide beginning, disability, age as relevant, status being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil liberties legislation pertaining to Austin Peay State University (APSU) against another employee or pupil to be able to report such offenses; and,
